hatch year round, and ship throughout the United States.
Chicks are hatched and sent the same day. We ship only day
old chicks. Shipments are sent priority mail through the
United States Postal Service, and are generally to your
post office within 2 days of the hatch date.

button on each poultry breed or product's page.
For information regarding recommended vaccinations, click
here. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions,
or aren't sure whether to vaccinate or not.

If any breed and/or sex is ordered in a quantity of less
than 5, then a flat fee of $1.50 will be added to that breed
and/or sex.
The above minimum order quantities still apply.
Payment
terms-orders placed by Credit Card can be booked upon authorization.
All Money Order payments must be received prior to shipment.
Our
responsibility - we
will provide you with healthy, quality chicks. Live delivery is guaranteed.
We often put extra chicks in the boxes, so be sure to count your live
chicks. We will not replace extra chicks.
Your
responsibility - to start and care for your chicks as
we have specified. For arrival guarantee, please phone us immediately if you have any problems when the chicks arrive. We must be notified within 48 hours after arrival or we cannot issue credit or send replacement-no exceptions.Call us at 1-800-458-4473.<\b>
We
guarantee Welp-Line pullets to be 90% accurate to sex.
If more than 10% cockerels, we will refund the difference
between pullet and cockerel price. Claims must be made
within 8 weeks of hatch. There is no guarantee on cockerels
except on Welp Cornish Rock cockerels, and they are
guaranteed to 90% accuracy. In the production of Welp's
Chicks, we have followed approved and recommended methods
of flock control and egg selection and have operated
our hatchery according to established sanitary and disease
control standards. However, we do not warrant these
chicks to be free from any disease the existence of
which cannot be reasonably ascertained at the time of
sale. The Seller's liability for any reason whatsoever
shall be limited to the amount paid for the goods or
services claimed to be defective and that in no event
shall Seller be held liable for consequential or incidental
damages. By acceptance of the chicks or pullets, the
Buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers
hereby set forth are conditions of the sale and constitute
the entire agreement between the parties regarding warranty
or other limitations and the remedy therefore. This
sale agreement, and the transaction shall be governed
by the laws of the State of Iowa.
