| Parmesan
Chicken Breasts |
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. finely chopped parsley

tsp. paprika
6 chicken breasts, skinned & halved
6 T. butter or margarine, melted |
In a large bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan
cheese, parsley and paprika. Mix well. Dip
chicken in melted butter, covering thoroughly.
Dredge chicken in crumb mixture, coating well.
Arrange chicken in lightly greased 9 X 13-inch
baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven
45 minutes. Serves 8.
