NOTICE EFFECTIVE Jan 19th, 2025.
ALL Orders include a per package surcharge from USPS of $15 per package, which will be reflected in your order confirmation, that will be emailed to you for approval before shipment. (THIS $15 USPS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. FOR A REFUND ON THE USPS FEE, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE OR FILE A CLAIM ONLINE) The amount of packages are determined by and not limited to quantity of your order, ship dates, shipping origin and other factors that could translate into more than 1 package.

Shipping Policy
Welp Hatchery does everything in it's power to ensure orders are filled and shipped on the requested date. However, because our products are shipped via the United States Postal Service as Priority mail, we cannot guarantee the route or exact delivery time to the customer. Estimated dates of arrival are given at the time the order is placed (usually 2-3 days after the shipping date). If a foreseeable delay in shipment is known, Welp Hatchery will contact the customer to alert them of any such delay. All cancellations that are done within 2 weeks of the hatch/ship date are subject to a 25% or $25 cancellation fee.
Returns Policy
If a shipment is found to be incomplete or if mortality occurs during shipment, the customer must notify Welp Hatchery within 48 hours of the shipment's arrival. Welp does try to include extra chicks, at no charge, however we will not credit or replace extra chicks. We ask that you contact us with the live count if there is mortality. Welp Hatchery will not do a replacement or offer credit on any order shipped that did not meet the shipping minimum for that type of fowl. We do no offer refunds for turkeys, but we will ship you replacements free of charge with the exception of the $15.00 postal fee.
Any replacement order is subject to the $15.00 per box USPS FEE.
Unfortunately, due to the shipping issues to Alaska and Puerto Rico, we do not guarantee live delivery of Pheasants and Chukar Partridge. No replacements or credits will be done on any order of Pheasants and Chukar Partridge to Alaska or Puerto Rico.
